1. OUR PROMISE TO YOU:

We are dedicated to providing transformative love coaching services designed to help you unlock your full dating and relationship potential. Through this journey, you'll gain clarity, build unshakable confidence, and connect with like-minded individuals—all while learning how to attract the love you truly deserve.

2. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR PROGRAM:

The Love Accelerator Program is a transformative coaching experience that includes unlimited access to the following until :

• Access to our exclusive learning platform, featuring "The Little Love Steps" and "Relationship Synergy."
• Membership in our private, supportive community, where you can ask questions and connect with others on the same journey.
• Personalized group coaching support with at least three live group Zoom sessions per week to provide customized guidance and feedback.

3. DISCLAIMERS:

Our coaching services are designed to guide and empower you, but it’s important to understand that:

• Some of our coaches may be licensed psychologists or therapists, but in this program, they are acting solely as coaches and not providing therapy or psychological services.
• This Program does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional conditions. If you experience any such issues, we encourage you to consult a licensed professional.
• Coaching is about progress, goal-setting, and strategy—not therapy or medical advice.
• Any personal information shared in the Program will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

4. PAYMENT AGREEMENT:

• By enrolling in the Program, you agree to fulfill any agreed-upon payments as discussed with your onboarding advisor.
• Due to the hands-on nature of our coaching, we do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Your payment details can be found in your member’s area under My Account > Billing Info.
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider regarding any payments made under this Agreement.

5. RESPECTING OUR PROPRIETARY CONTENT:

All written materials, course content, and resources provided by Love Strategies, Inc. are proprietary, copyrighted, and for your personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce these materials without express written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

While we are fully committed to your success, our liability for any disputes related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for Program services.

7. GENERAL TERMS:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts. It represents the full understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements, written or verbal. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will still apply. Neither Party may transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without written consent from the other Party.

8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY & COMMITMENT:

We are here to provide expert guidance, but ultimately, your success depends on your commitment and effort. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, but we do promise to equip you with the best strategies to help you along the way. By signing below, you acknowledge that you are responsible for applying what you learn to achieve your desired results.
